Safeguarding first

How does Adex support learner safety?

We prioritise respectful, inclusive learning spaces where children, adults and families feel safe, heard and supported.

Who can raise a safeguarding concern?

Staff and tutors are expected to maintain professional boundaries, protect confidentiality and report safeguarding concerns through appropriate procedures.

Are children supervised during sessions?

Parents and learners can raise concerns with Adex directly. We will listen carefully, document appropriately and respond without discrimination.

Is Adex a childcare or therapy service?

Children’s sessions follow clear supervision arrangements. Adex is supplementary education, not childcare, daycare, healthcare or therapy.

What happens before enrolment?

Before enrolment, we discuss needs, permissions, emergency contacts and accessibility considerations to support a safe learning experience.
